Worldcom Confidence Index: 2020 annual report

Our Worldcom Confidence Index (WCI) report has revealed the change in business operations caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, including the ‘work from home’ phenomenon has triggered significant changes in global C-Suite confidence levels.

The living study uses a breakthrough approach powered by artificial intelligence, allowing us to discover the issues and topics that concern business leaders globally and their confidence levels in addressing them. Topics and sentiments are drawn from online conversations of over 58,000 CEOs and CMOs, with the 2020 report providing us data for 36 countries, including Australia.
