Phillips Group launches Health and Care practice

Leading communication, creative and digital firm, Phillips Group, has launched a dedicated Health and Care Practice to respond to its exponential business growth in the sector, shifting healthcare needs and demand predicted over the coming decade.

The new practice area builds on Phillips Group’s 35 years as a leader in the innovative delivery of end-to-end strategic communication services for the health and care sectors, to unveil a dedicated team and service offering.

Phillips Group Managing Director, Stephanie Paul, said the specialist practice launch followed a year of significant business growth and united the specialty health experience within the firm.

“The Health and Care Practice will continue driving outcomes for private and government health projects, clients, and the community more broadly,” she said.

Group Executive Director, Rebecca Williams, will lead the Health and Care Practice, which will offer consumer campaigns, crisis management, social impact evaluation, business case development, public policy, business transformation, content marketing, research, employee engagement, stakeholder engagement, and merger and acquisition support.

“We understand the issues, challenges and opportunities facing the health and care industries and the often sensitive manner in which these need to be managed,” Ms Williams said.

“We stay ahead of emerging industry trends around patient care, we value the voice of lived experience and embrace co-design principles to deliver trusted advice.

“Our healthcare communication aims to connect leading health and care organisations with customers and communities by creating smart and insightful strategies and programs,” Ms Williams said.

The move affirms Phillips Group’s strong position in the industry as a leader in healthcare communication and complements the developments within Phillips Group’s corporate sector under newly appointed Group Executive Director Corporate, Andrew Buckley.
