Sarah is a proven industry leader with over 20 years’ experience. She is well-respected for providing a consistently high standard of service in communications, stakeholder engagement and consultation on high-profile, contentious and politically sensitive projects.
Sarah has significant experience working closely with multi-disciplinary teams providing and implementing strategic advice, strategy mapping and planning, risk management, stakeholder identification and analysis alongside socialising and embedding new strategies within organisations.
She understands the complexities of meeting objectives alongside meeting internal and external stakeholder needs and expectations. She has delivered stakeholder engagement and communication strategies for a variety of different clients in the transport, infrastructure, planning, public sector and professional services sectors.
